    Before counselling can commence it is important to have an Initial Consultation for us to learn more about you, your background, and what has brought you to therapy. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask us questions, and to get comfortable with the way in which we work. If you decide to proceed, we can then begin our collaboration to get the most out of your sessions.     In today's fast-paced world, where time is a precious commodity, our 30-minute support sessions offer a perfect solution for those with busy lives. We understand that not everyone can commit to longer counselling sessions regularly, which is why our concise and focused sessions provide a quick "top-up" of emotional support and guidance. Whether you're a new client seeking initial guidance or a returning client dealing with a specific concern, these short sessions allow you to address pressing issues or discuss matters on your mind without disrupting your schedule significantly.
